I recently got a second hand P2055dn printer and I get the message "cartridge of the black order" whn I try to use it. 95% of the time it is the toner cartridge that is defective.
If you replace the toner and still have the issue, so you must check earthing contacts in the cavity of toner. If spare parts, you are at the mercy of the seller. If an original hp toner, return instead of purchase for refund or Exchange. It is a grounding problem and most of the time it is caused by a bad toner cartridge. On older models, we used to call the grapes of wrath. The print below was made to face double-turn. Since the first impression, I was doing the tasks as shown on attached I don't know if it has nothing to do with the problem, butįor some reason, I shook the new toner before inserting it into the printer. So I gave my 30 day notice to my company after a long 5 years as a one-man band IT guy supporting 60 endpoints, 8 VMs, and about 120 technicians in the field. Looking to see what the general consensus is regarding this situation.
